You are 9 MONTHS OLD!!!!

10 things to remember about this month....

10. You still love going to story time at the Mountain Brook library every Thursday morning at 10:30. We see lots of friends...Nolan, Brodie, Caroline, Isa, Dow, Whitt, and Bennett (he turned one last week)!!

9. You go to the nursery at St. Lukes on Mondays from 10:30-12:30, while mommy meets with her Bible study group. We've been reading a book called, Confident Parenting by Jim Burns and it's fabulous. It's great hearing stories from other moms and how they handle certain situations. Most of the moms have two and three kids, so it's nice to hear their view on the challenges and celebrations of child rearing. John Tanner is the youngest in the group, so I am definitely taking away a lot!! You love Mrs. Harriett, Mrs. Deborah, and Mrs. Teresea.

8. You rarely sit still and play. You are always "on the move"... climbing on couch, baby gate (trying to get to Bentley's food), cabinets, tub...etc.etc. You cry if I close the doors to the bathroom and bedrooms because you can't explore. If you sit still you love playing with the remote, my phone, the new toy bus and cubes Godmommy Em gave you, oh and the BAT....Yes.. the bat that goes with the game The Walker's gave you for Christmas... Daddy still calls you Bam Bam!!

7. You went to Oxford for the first time! We visited the SAE house and you met Eryn and Geoffery. We hung out with Godmommy Em and Ginny (GG)!

6. We went to the beach with Pops, Mama Helen, Aunt Shea, Noah, and Snooks. Daddy and Bentley didn't make it because Bentley had to spend 3 nights in the doggie hospital:(!!! This was the first time "brother" Bentley was SO VERY sick. We were worried about him, but he seems to be doing better now. We think it was a bacterial infection, but Dr. Lamb also thinks he might of swallowed a toy or sock??

5. Finally sleeping through the night again as of... March 6th...started cutting top teeth on March 27th.... As of today, April 6....you are still waking up like you are in pain!! Please come in teeth:)!!!!

4. You took your picture with the Easter bunny at the Cottontails show....I'll post it later... scary bunny for sure...you were all smiles!!

3. You've started squeezing my finger or thumb every time you nurse. You will grab one of them and squeeze several times. I've started squeezing yours back. It's like a secret code....sometimes I might squeeze it three times and say....I love you! You will sometimes look at me and smile:)!!

2. Your first words were... Ya Ya Ya Ya Ya... March 9th! Some people think you are saying yes... that's better than No... says Aunt Shea!

1. You started saying Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma in Oxford and Da Da Da Da Da Da on St. Patty's day! You say Ma Ma more...not sure why...this is music to my ears!!!!
